Rewards Program — Notice of Financial Incentive

Alchemy Body Werks offers an optional Rewards Program, powered by Smile.io, that allows eligible customers to earn points, discounts, referral rewards, and other promotional benefits through participation.

Participation in the Rewards Program is voluntary.

Information We Collect

When you enroll in the Rewards Program, we may collect information such as:

• Email address
• Purchase history and order value
• Rewards points balance
• Referral activity
• Redemption history

How We Use This Information

We use this information solely to administer and operate the Rewards Program, including to:

• Track and award points
• Apply eligible discounts and rewards
• Process referrals and reward redemptions
• Prevent fraud and abuse of the program
• Improve the operation of the Rewards Program

To provide these services, certain Rewards Program information is shared with Smile.io, our rewards platform provider. Smile.io processes this information on our behalf as a service provider and is contractually restricted from using your personal information for purposes other than providing the Rewards Program.

Participation Is Voluntary

You are not required to participate in the Rewards Program to purchase products from Alchemy Body Werks.

Choosing not to participate will not affect:

• Product pricing available to non-members
• Your ability to place orders
• Customer service
• Product availability

Value of the Financial Incentive

The discounts, rewards, and promotional benefits available through the Rewards Program are reasonably related to the value of the personal information you provide and the value generated through your continued engagement with our business, including repeat purchases, referrals, and customer loyalty.

Because customer participation, purchasing activity, and reward redemption vary, the value of the incentive also varies among participants.

How to Withdraw

You may withdraw from the Rewards Program at any time by:

• Discontinuing participation; or
• Contacting us at hello@alchemybodywerks.com to request removal from the program.

If you withdraw, you will no longer earn or redeem Rewards points, and any unused points or benefits may be forfeited in accordance with the Rewards Program Terms.

Withdrawing from the Rewards Program will not affect your ability to purchase products from our website.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Typical retention periods include:

Order and account information

• For as long as your account remains active, plus up to seven (7) years afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping requirements.

Rewards Program information

• For as long as you participate in the Rewards Program, or until you request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Marketing communications

• Until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We may retain a limited suppression record to ensure your marketing preferences continue to be honored.

Customer support communications

• Generally retained for up to three (3) years to assist with customer service, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and quality assurance.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a consumer's right to limit under applicable California privacy law.

We use sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, detect and prevent fraud, maintain security, or for other permitted business purposes authorized by applicable law.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
