How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@alchemybodywerks.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email and the reason for return.

Once your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We'll promptly assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate all returns, certain items are non-returnable. These include custom products and gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Need something else instead? The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once your return is processed, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition, with tags intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
